Roller Brake Test
Brake Roller Testing is a service that safely measures the vehicle's braking system while stationary, using an automated weighing system which accurately calculates the braking efficiency. This method allows us to assess the braking force for each individual wheel and any imbalances across the axles, as well as the testing of emergency brakes and parking brakes without the risk of accident due to faults.
PMI'S
Covering all aspects of the vehicle from steering to suspension, brakes to bearings, mirrors, seatbelts, the windscreen, tyres, emissions, wiring, lights etc. the inspection is designed to ensure that at any time a vehicle could pass its MOT.
Diagnostics
A HGV diagnostic test is a scan of your vehicles components and systems to check for any issues. It is usually the first step used to identify issues with your HGV.
The onboard computer of HGV'S & vehicles collect lots of data from your journeys and creates reports that can be analysed during vehicle diagnostic tests.
A diagnostic test report will not be able to tell the mechanic the exact problem but it will help them to narrow down the issue so that it can be fixed faster and give a general health check to your vehicle at the same time.
